Each petal is hand-painted and torn from delicate fiber paper, then reassembled into layered blossoms with gilded centers. The process is organic—the raw edges of the petals recall the memory of flight and the trials and tribulations of growth, while the gold leaf heart anchors each piece with a sense of strength and radiance.
